A two-story complex consisting of two buildings with six vacation homes and a shared swimming pool. The architectural ensemble harmonizes with both the natural and built environments.
With the aim of creating simple, architecturally clean, rectangular volumes that respect the scale and proportions of the surrounding context, the complex is organized into an introverted “Γ” shape, which creates a barrier facing the street and encloses the outdoor communal recreational spaces as well as the communal swimming pool.
Following a strict geometric axis parallel to the front of the lot, the buildings and the inner courtyard “open up” and benefit from the southern sun.
